| We are advised by Skip's Aquatic Solutions that the second 2010 Hydrilla Treatment, for those of you who have paid for the treatment in 2010, will be done either Wednesday August 25th or Thursday, August 26th weather and all other factors permitting. | |
| Merrymount Hydrilla Treatment Completed | |
| Hydrilla treatment for those Merrymount home-owners who signed up was done on Tuesday, July 27th and Wednesday, July 28th. Some folks have stopped irrigating from the lake for a few days because of these chemicals. | |
| Fox Run Water Problems | |
| Merrymount residents were without drinking water for several hours during the Fourth of July holiday weekend. In addition, there were long periods of time when the water pressure was so low that it was hard to shower or otherwise use water. | |
| ARC Rules Changes | |
| The Merrymount Architectural Review Committee has offered revisions which have been adopted by the MPOA Board of directors. | |
| Annual Meeting Held | |
| The MPOA Annual Meeting was held June 5th and the membership elected two board members, authorized several changes in the by-laws and urged the board to increase the annual assessment. | |
